Alexandre Robicquet

CEO and co-founder

Alexandre received 3 degrees in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. He earned his first two Master’s degrees in Mathematics and Machine Learning at the age of 23 from ENS Paris Saclay. Alexandre had his work published at the age of 21 and held two 4-year positions as a researcher under Sebastian Thurn (founder of Google X) and Silvio Savarese. He was offered a full scholarship to Stanford to pursue a third Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence but chose instead to work on building Crossing Minds and Hai full-time.
Emile Contal

Emile Contal

CTO and co-founder

Emile completed his PhD in Statistical Learning in 2017 from ENS Paris-Saclay, the most prestigious French university for Applied Mathematics. Emile has more than 6 internal publications and the impact of his research is witnessed by numerous citations from prestigious conferences on Machine Learning and many other scientific and technical industries. The algorithms he invented are now implemented in several software libraries used by thousands. Rather than pursue a Post-Doctorate at Oxford University, Emile chose to focus entirely on building Crossing Minds and Hai.
Sebastian Thrun

Sebastian Thrun

Co-founder

Sebastian is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and sold many of his start-ups including Udacity and KittyHawk. After founding Google's self-driving car team and Google X, where he helped create Google Glass, he went on to win the DARPA Grand Challenge. Sebastian continues his pursuit of knowledge and business by leading the research in AI and Human-Computer Interaction at Crossing Minds.
Gloria Keane

Gloria Keane

COO

After having first established her career at Apple to working with start-ups at all growth stages, Gloria has accumulated 9 years of experience working in operations. After moving to Eversight as an Operations Coordinator, she supported their growth from 20 to 50 people along with three C-level executives while establishing company processes that are still used today. Gloria’s operational management and growth skills have also been utilized by companies such as Verb and Fuzzy Pet Health. Her passion for nurturing strong teams, executing company goals and creating tangible deliverables is exactly why she was brought on to the Creative Minds team.
Anne Spitz

Anne Spitz

Machine Learning Engineer

Anne graduated with a degree in Engineering from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, one of the highest-ranking engineering schools in France. She continued her studies at the University of California, Berkeley completing her Master of Engineering at the age of 21. While studying she held many prestigious internships with Essilor, L’Oreal, Beam Solutions, and Auchan Retail. Continuing her focus in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, she has garnered a wide set of skills, from Machine Learning, Software Engineering to Data Analytics.
